Controlled pilot

Evidence and responsible development

Compass is being developed and tested deliberately through a controlled pilot. We examine how people use it, where it is useful or unclear, and what needs to improve.

We look beyond whether users simply like Compass. We want to understand whether it supports clarity, meaningful next steps, human judgment, sustained progress, appropriate escalation and safe personal and professional use.

Feedback informs development, but individual comments and testimonials are not proof that Compass works for everyone.

We distinguish clearly between:

  • user experiences and testimonials
  • structured pilot feedback
  • product observations and privacy-safe usage evidence
  • stronger claims that require appropriate validation

New features, coaching behaviour, safeguards and professional capabilities are reviewed before release. Where evidence is limited, claims remain limited; where professional support is appropriate, Compass respects that boundary.
