Pilot Agreement
BaseCamp Compass is in controlled pilot use to test usefulness, clarity, safety, reliability and practical value in real personal and professional contexts.
Eligibility and access
The pilot is for users aged 18 or older with valid pilot entitlement. Participants use passwordless six-digit email codes, and access also depends on account status, 18+ attestation, plan and Personal and/or Professional profile.
Purpose and ownership
The pilot examines how Compass supports coaching, reflection, decision support, personal responsibility and constructive next steps without changing the user’s ownership of decisions.
Participation and data minimisation
Participation is voluntary. Share only information you are comfortable providing. Avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive details; professional users should use roles or non-identifying descriptions wherever possible.
Feedback
Anonymous feedback may be reviewed by BaseCamp Norway for product development, safety and quality improvement. Anonymous feedback remains separate from the Compass account.
Development Support and account controls
Development Support is optional and separate from pilot access. It buys no access or benefit. Participants can sign out, end sessions across devices and request account deletion after fresh email verification.
Boundaries, intellectual property and changes
Compass does not replace therapy, medical care, crisis support, legal or financial advice, safeguarding duties or qualified judgment. Compass methods, wording, design and concepts remain BaseCamp Norway intellectual property. Features and wording may change during or after the pilot.

Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are not available yet. Current pilot access continues.
Subscription and billingStripe hosts the payment page. Compass does not store card or bank credentials.
Before deleting your account, finish or cancel any open Checkout and end any subscription in Stripe. Deletion does not delete Stripe financial records. Contact BaseCamp Norway if you need help.
