BaseCamp Compass offers AI-supported coaching and decision support for clearer thinking, personal responsibility and constructive next steps.

Controlled-pilot access

Private access is limited to eligible users aged 18 or older who meet current pilot requirements. Authentication alone does not guarantee access; Compass also checks account status, entitlement, eligibility attestation and an available Personal or Professional profile.

Security and responsible use

Users must protect access to their email and one-time codes and must not share or transfer account access. Compass can suspend or deny private access when an account is suspended, ineligible, pending deletion, deleted or lacks valid entitlement.

User decisions and professional boundaries

Compass supports decisions but does not make them. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or emergency advice. Users remain responsible for choices and actions and should contact qualified professionals or emergency services when appropriate.

Data minimisation

Do not enter unnecessary sensitive or identifying information. Professional users remain responsible for professional judgment and should avoid identifiable third-party case details where they are not needed.

Voluntary Development Support

A Development Support contribution is optional and does not buy or improve access, coaching, services, features, priority or entitlement. It is separate from pilot access and no charitable status or tax deduction is claimed.

Deletion, intellectual property and pilot changes

Deletion is available in account settings after fresh email verification. The Compass name, structure, content, coaching method, experience and underlying concepts remain protected intellectual property of BaseCamp Norway. Pilot features, wording and controls may change as the product is tested and improved.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are not available yet. Current pilot access continues.

Subscription and billing

Stripe hosts the payment page. Compass does not store card or bank credentials.

Before deleting your account, finish or cancel any open Checkout and end any subscription in Stripe. Deletion does not delete Stripe financial records. Contact BaseCamp Norway if you need help.
