The essentials
What is Compass?
AI powers the conversation within Compass’s human-developed coaching framework.
How is Compass different from general AI?
General AI covers a very wide range of tasks. Compass has a narrower purpose, a structured coaching approach and defined safeguards for responsibility, confidentiality, third-party decisions and situations where another form of support is more appropriate.
When should I use Compass?
Use Compass when you want to clarify a situation, prepare for a conversation, make a difficult decision, work through change or uncertainty, debrief an event, maintain progress or decide whether professional support may be needed.
Who is Compass for?
The Personal route supports people navigating their own situations. The Professional route supports preparation, reflection, scenarios, decisions, debriefs and structured outputs while professional judgment and accountability remain with the professional.
Does Compass replace a coach, therapist or other professional?
No. Compass may be useful before, alongside or after professional support, but it does not replace qualified expertise, therapy, medical care, supervision, organisational procedures or emergency services.
When should I not use Compass?
Do not rely on Compass for immediate danger, emergencies, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, legal representation or consequential decisions about identifiable third parties. Contact the appropriate qualified or emergency service when needed.
How do I create an account?

How do I log in?
Choose Log in and enter your email. Check your inbox and spam folder for the six-digit code. Use Resend code or Change email if needed.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account settings and choose account deletion. A fresh verification is required. Read the deletion information before confirming.
What happens to what I share?
Messages are processed to generate responses. During the pilot, retained conversation continuity stays in your browser and is scoped to the signed-in identity. Avoid unnecessary identifying, medical, legal, financial or other sensitive information, especially about other people.
Current pilot privacy details are available on the Privacy page.
